Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Manufacturing suchen wir am Standort Herne ab sofort unbefristet und in Vollzeit eine*n

Facility Specialist - Global Manufacturing Engineering (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Ganzheitliche Betreuung von rund 20 Produktionsstandorten weltweit in allen Belangen der Gebäude- Infrastruktur- und Versorgungstechnik

• Sicherstellung von Sicherheit Compliance und Brandschutz gemäß FM Global ISO-Normen und lokalen Vorschriften

• Technische Prüfung und Unterstützung von Investitions- Umbau- und Renovierungsprojekten

• Durchführung von Gebäude- und Anlagen-Audits sowie Lifecycle- und Zustandsbewertungen

• Unterstützung der Standorte bei Infrastruktur-Upgrades und größeren Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

• Analyse und Optimierung von Infrastruktur- und Servicekosten (z. B. Energie Flächen Dienstleistungen)

• Regelmäßige internationale Reisetätigkeit zur Betreuung und Unterstützung der weltweiten Standorte

Ihre Qualifikation:

• Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen Versorgungstechnik Maschinenbau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld idealerweise in Gebäudetechnik oder Facility Engineering

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in HLK-Systemen elektrischen Anlagen und technischer Infrastruktur

• Erfahrung mit CAD/BIM (z. B. AutoCAD Revit) von Vorteil

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse internationale Zusammenarbeit gewohnt

• Strukturierte analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

To strengthen our Manufacturing team we are looking to fill the following permanent full-time position at our Herne site with immediate effect:

Facility Specialist Global Manufacturing Engineering (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• End-to-end support of approximately 20 production sites worldwide covering all aspects of building infrastructure and utility engineering

• Define and further develop global standards for buildings infrastructure and utility systems

• Ensure safety compliance and fire protection in line with FM Global requirements ISO standards and local regulations

• Provide technical review and support for investment conversion and renovation projects

• Conduct building and asset audits as well as lifecycle and condition assessments

• Support sites with infrastructure upgrades and major maintenance activities

• Analyze and optimize infrastructure and service costs (e.g. energy space services)

• Regular international travel to support and collaborate with global manufacturing locations

Your Profile:

• Completed technical degree (e.g. civil engineering building services engineering mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification

• Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment ideally in building technology or facility engineering

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems electrical installations and technical infrastructure

• Experience with CAD/BIM tools (e.g. AutoCAD Revit) is an advantage

• Very good command of English and accustomed to working in an international environment

• Structured analytical and self-driven working style
