TheResearch Program Manager will play a central role in ensuring that this complex multi-state evaluation iswell-planned well-coordinated and delivered on time and to the required quality standards working under the strategic leadership of the technical lead and Project director. The Research Program Manager will provideoperational coordination and process leadershipfor the C19RM Impact Evaluation translating the evaluation design and strategic direction intoclear workplans coordinated execution and disciplined deliveryacross all evaluation components. Ensuring technical excellence is matched by strong program management enabling seamless collaboration among Technical Advisors Survey Managers Data Managers field supervision teams government counterparts and external partners.
