Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Set up the molding machine to form cheese. Adjust machine during production to maximize productivity and product quality (Proper cheese weight shape and texture etc...).

Start conveyors and other equipment associated with the molding machine.

Run machine during production and make adjustments when needed.

Pull cheese samples for quality testing.

Record weight of cheese and average throughout the day.

Maintain a clean working area during production.

Work closely with vat operator to ensure a constant product flow to the molding machine.

Good fine motor skills needed.

Must be able to bend twist reach kneel and crouch.

Must be able to lift and move up to 30 lb.

Comply with all quality safety and work-rule requirements.

Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices as stated within the policy
Follows all Safety rules & procedures by working safely and ensuring safety of others
Follows all food safety procedures
Follows all environmental protocols as applicable
Follows all sanitation procedures and work instructions
Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
