Job Summary

We are seeking a Commercial or Industrial HVAC Installer for direct hire role with a top tier mechanical company in Charlotte NC

Pay is $25 -$40/h depending on experience and certification

Potential for Weekly overtime

Duties and Responsibilities of HVAC Installer

Install Roof top units split systems chillers cooling towers and minor duct systems.
Install and troubleshoot HVAC thermostats controls etc. as needed.
Install and braze refrigerant pipe fittings TXVs etc.
Charge and recover refrigeration systems. (R22 410A 407C etc.)
Assist with ductwork water and gas piping and rigging as required.

Qualifications for HVAC Installer:

Meet MVR requirements to be able to operate company vehicle
Universal Refrigerant Certification
Electrical License is a plus.
Four or more years of prior work experience as a Commercial or Industrial HVAC Installer
Ability to travel within NC as work demands are necessary.
Prior experience in gas piping layout/installation water piping layout/installation and refrigerant piping layout/installation is preferred
Must be available for some overtime on-call and weekend work especially during spring and summer.
