Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
- Support Fashion Editors and Stylists with day-to-day editorial needs for print digital and social shoots
- Assist in preparing for shoots by pulling organizing tracking and returning samples from designers PR agencies and showrooms
- Maintain accurate records of sample loans credits and returns using internal systems and spreadsheets
- Provide on-set support during studio and location shoots including steaming dressing and styling assistance
- Organize and maintain the fashion closet and accessories archive ensuring efficiency and accessibility
- Conduct trend research and assist with story development sourcing fact-checking and compiling credits and product details
Qualifications (What Were Looking For)
- Strong interest in luxury fashion and a clear point of view on current and emerging trends
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced deadline-driven editorial environment
- Professional communication skills and comfort working with high-profile talent designers and brands
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and basic spreadsheet tools
- Experience in fashion media styling PR or internships is a plus
- Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule with four days per week in the New York City office

The base salary for this role is between $60000 $62700. The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors such as: transferable skills work experience business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
This is a position covered under the Writers Guild of America East Collective Bargaining Agreement.
