We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to take full ownership of payroll administration for Delivery Hero Delivery Hero Logistics and Delivery Hero Dmart (full-time and part-time employees) and ensure full compliance with Czech legislation.
What you will do:
End-to-end payroll processing (HPP DPP DPČ)
Monthly payroll closing and reporting
Employee registration/deregistration (ČSSZ health insurance Labor Office incl. foreigners)
Administration of sick leave parental benefits garnishments and insolvency cases
Annual tax reconciliation ELDP and OZP reporting
Communication with authorities and employees
Cooperation with Accounting
Payroll system management (Okbase)
What we expect:
Proven payroll experience in the Czech Republic
Strong knowledge of Czech labor tax and social security legislation
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Strong communication skills
Fluency in Czech and English
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in a multinational company environment
Experience with payroll systems (Okbase is a plus)
