We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Executive to join our dynamic team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and this role you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations ensuring a warm and professional welcome to all visitors while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients as they arrive at the front desk.
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
- Manage scheduling and appointments ensuring efficient use of space and time.
- Maintain the front desk and reception area ensuring it is tidy and professional in appearance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry filing and record-keeping as needed.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive Receptionist or similar role.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- A positive and friendly attitude with a willingness to assist others.
