The Department of Health and Wellness (DHW) and the Office of Healthcare Professionals Recruitment (OHPR) work with partners across Nova Scotia to strengthen the health workforce. We design and deliver programs that attract recruit and retain healthcare professionals ensuring sustainable access to care for all communities.
As Funding Agreement Manager you will lead the design administration and oversight of funding programs and agreements that support healthcare workforce recruitment and retention. You will ensure funding decisions are aligned with the Departments priorities and demonstrate strong return on investment. This includes developing program guidelines managing program launches monitoring funding agreements for compliance and accountability and driving continuous improvement. You will also provide project management support for strategic initiatives within the Office.

Pay Grade: EC 11
Salary Range: $3501.95- $4377.48Bi-Weekly
The salary rates include an economic adjustment that has been approved. These rates are effective April 1 2025. Implementation in our HR system will occur on March 5 2026. Until then the current rates will apply. Employees hired during this period will receive retroactive pay adjustments in accordance with the applicable policies.
