As an IndustryAdvisor supportingShared Services Canada (SSC)and leveraging Softchoices comprehensive portfolio of products and solutionsthis rolewill empower and support sales and engineering teams to achievesustainable growth by providing high-level strategic guidance and actionable insights.Thispositionisresponsibleforfosteringstrongstrategicclientrelationshipsandactingasthevoiceoftheclientwithintheorganizationhelpingshapestrategiestoenhancesalesperformance.Thishybridrolerequires approximately 25% travel adapting as needed to meet business demands.

What you will do:

• Provide leadership andvisionwhile being a contributing inspiring member of the team of resources focused on achieving business/mission outcomes for theSoftchoiceSSCteam.

• Develop anddrive measurable growth forSoftchoice workshare on assigned key programs while managing key relationships between the customerpartners andSoftchoice.

• Act as a trusted advisor totheSoftchoiceSSCteamby developing an enablement frameworkdrivingstrategic facilitation advocacy and advisory programs

• Leverageexisting teams within Softchoiceand help guide them totheappropriate solutionsandpromotethe benefits of thosesolutions to the customer andour partners.

• Operate as a change agentand thought leaderrepresentingSoftchoices innovationand offerings

• Plan advisefacilitate and drive actionable insights fromexecutivelevelcustomermeetings toassistthe Softchoice teaminunderstandingand addressingtheirtechnical and operational needs.

• Clearly communicate Softchoices unique value and competitive advantages.

• Developexpertisein the full range of Softchoice andWorldWideTechnology services toenablethepresentation ofcomprehensive solutions.
• Foster relationships and collaborate withsubjectmatterexperts andaccountteams to define account strategy and deliver the right approach for ourcustomers.

What youll bring to the table:

• Tenuredformer SSC executivewith a minimum of3yearsattheEX-01level or above.

• Active TSsecurityclearancepreferred or the ability to obtain one.

• Strong facilitation skills witha track recordof leading high-impactexecutivebriefings client councils and account planning sessions.

• Demonstratedtrack recordof driving organizational andoutcome-focused results.

• Proven ability to build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal teams

• Strong understanding of portfolio management and go-to-market growth strategies

• Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills at both the operational and executive levels.

• Strategic thinking with a focus on driving long-term client value and loyalty.

• Strong analytical skills for assessing client satisfaction and healthidentifyingtrends and recommending data-driven improvements.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and manage competing priorities

Pay Range:

The typical pay range for this role is $158000 to $197000.

Note: the pay range represents the full pay range for this position. Each individual offer will take into consideration a range of factors including prior experience and geographic location.

In addition to the base salary this role is eligible for additional elements of compensation including (cell allowances annual bonus or commissions etc.) as well as a comprehensive benefits plan.
