SVP Procurement

Areas of responsibility and accountabilities:

• Define and execute Statkrafts group-wide procurement strategy ensuring alignment with corporate goals compliance sustainability standards and best practice across the organisation.  
• Drive efficient procurement delivery by leading sourcing processes as well as procurement strategies and contract management in projects.  
• Ensure effective supplier management including category strategies performance monitoring risk mitigation and proactive relationship development across global operations.  
• Build and develop a high performing procurement team fostering collaboration accountability continuous learning. 
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership providing strategic guidance on procurement opportunities risks and commercial decisions.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Masters degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management EngineeringLegal studies (with a focus on contract law and procurement regulations)orotherrelated fields. 
• Minimum 15 years of experience in procurement or supply chain managementandnegotiations with at least 8yearsin senior leadership rolesor senior managementpositionwith commercial experience. 
• Proventrack recordin managing global functions and complex supplier ecosystems.

International leadership experience is required as the role involves managing teams across multiple countries.
