Job Summary
- BIM Model and Drawing production (Design Brief compliance completeness & accuracy)
- Design co-ordination (within Interior Design & Cross Discipline)
- Initiates and develops design and construction document drawings through completion in conformance with project requirements applicable codes and design criteria established by project leadership
- Preparing reviewing and approving drawings as required
- Basic knowledge of design trends construction methodology materials application and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness
- Designs creative and innovative interior environments that support our clients needs in collaboration with other disciplines
- May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel
Qualifications :
- University degree in Architecture
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish
- Minimum 5 years post undergraduate experience (building licence is not required)
- Proven related professional experience in an Architectural or Interior Design Practice
- Software: proficiency with Revit AutoCAD and Adobe;
- Experience in all project phases from pre-design through project close-out
- Experience with international clients or with international companies
