Shape the future:As a development engineer you will actively shape cuttingedge technology solutions for sophisticated products working in a dynamic environment and with strong customer doing so you will be responsible for the implementation of the development goals as part of a cross-functional team of experts in our international Bosch MEMS network.
From idea to product:At the core you will develop wafer processes for manufacturing of micromechanical products - from new concepts and prototyping to industrialization in one of our German semiconductor fabs.
Achieve your goals:Your success results from a combination of intensive joint work with a high degree of personal responsibility. You achieve development goals using new technologies and materials and evaluate the feasibility of new processes from a technical and economic point of view.
Increase knowledge:You plan and execute experiments and analyze data from sample runs DoEs and manufacturing material and draw conclusions to develop the understanding of physical principles and to optimize the wafer technology process.
Take ownership:You will lead problem solving tasks in the development and industrialization phase and lead quality assessments and process releases.
Qualifications :
Personality: You are communicative assertive self-driven and creative; you have the capability to perform effectively under pressureand manage to pursue your goals with perseverance; you are capable of making quick decisions.
Working Practice: You have a systematic goal-oriented and decisiveworking style; you enjoy teamwork.
Experience and Knowledge: You have strong demonstrable expertise in the development of innovative MEMS/semiconductor technologies preferably gained within the Finnish technology ecosystem; expertise in relevant analytical methods; excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships; experience with statistics automated data analysis and different problem-solving approaches; expertise in acoustics is a plus.
Enthusiasm: You are enthusiastic about new tasks understanding complex topics and working in an international environment.
Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in electrical engineering natural sciences (e.g. physics chemistry) material sciences or a comparable subject.
Languages: Excellent written and spoken English; Finnish or German are a plus.
