Beverage Cart Smoker Attendant (Part-Time)

Serve up smiles and smoky flavor as a Beverage Cart / Smoker Attendant keeping guests refreshed with drinks while tending a smoker to deliver mouthwatering BBQ. This role blends great customer service attention to detail and a love for food fun and fast-paced outdoor work. • Deliver exceptional guest service by offering premium beverages and personalized attention from the beverage cart throughout the resort grounds
• Operate and maintain the smoker preparing high-quality smoked items while ensuring food safety cleanliness and presentation standards
• Anticipate guest needs and create a memorable elevated experience through friendly professional and proactive engagement
• Manage inventory restock supplies handle transactions accurately and maintain organized cart and service areas
• Uphold luxury brand standards by maintaining a polished appearance adhering to resort service protocols and supporting special events or peak service periods

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in hospitality food & beverage or guest service with a passion for delivering high-end personalized service
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced outdoor environment while maintaining professionalism attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of food safety beverage service and safe equipment handling (or willingness to learn) with reliable availability and strong teamwork skills
