Your role:
Lead the design development and maintenance of platform services within an Agile Scrum team environment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyse requirements for new features and enhancements
Work closely with architects and implement scalable and efficient solutions to meet the evolving needs of the platform software
Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards scalability and performance benchmarks
Collaborate closely with other team members product owners QA and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software on time
Stay updated with industry trends and adopt best practices learn new tools and emerging technologies for software development.
Youre the right fit if:
Overall 4 - 6 years of experience in software development field
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or a related field
Expertise in software design architecture and development using relevant technologies e.g. Java Spring Boot GoLang Restfull microservices AWS Kubernetes Postgres Redis RabbitMQ Docker GitHub Maven JFrog Artifactory etc.
Exposure to Sonar AquaSec Blackduck DevOps skills Shell Scripts Python Terraform script and Newrelic or Grafana monitoring tools would be a plus.
Experience with SDLC model Agile methodologies Scrum and familiarity with TFS or similar tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
Effective communication skills both written and verbal for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
