Refrigeration Ice Chipper

Skylark Meats LLC an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a Refrigeration Ice Chipper at our Omaha NE plant.

As a Refrigeration Ice Chipper you will be responsible for:

• Daily removal of any ice buildup in the freezers.
• Daily removal of any hoarfrost in the freezers.
• Cleanup of the Engine room and surrounding area.
• Attend documented training on company procedures.
• Follow all HACCP SSOPs and SOPs and GMP policies and procedures.
• NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive. An employee may perform other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization; these duties are considered marginal.

Minimum Qualifications (Required):

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to withstand long periods in a cold warm or wet/damp environments.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to perform consistent accurate work with minimal direction and work successfully as part of a team.
