Join our dynamic Warehouseteam at Norwegian Air celebrated for its efficiency teamwork and pivotal role in ensuring our aircraft are always ready for their next journey!

The team consists of 14 storekeepers working 24/7 to support and work closely with our colleagues in maintenance in CPH and other stakeholders in the organization.

The position

We are looking for a Storekeeper to be part of our Warehouse team in Dragør with a great focus on quality and good service.

It is a permanent employment and the position is a substitute with an average week of 37 work hours per week which are regulated to 35 hours as working hours can be on evenings nights weekends and public holidays.

As a substitute youll cover the absence of your colleagues with a second substitute.

The substitutes are scheduled to dayshift when not covering colleagues from the three-shift.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare the necessary requisitions for spare parts and materials based on the established minimum stock limits.
  • Issue items from stock in accordance with established methods.
  • Pack distribute and book shipments for supplies and equipment to warehouses stations and repair shops.
  • Help maintain and optimize the operational warehouse flow inbound and outbound Copenhagen Station in close collaboration with the team and other stakeholders in the organization.
  • Receive and review incoming parts and confirm quality and safety of product.
  • Assure accuracy of shipments against specifications.
  • Update and record in our ERP-system AMOS.
  • Maintain inventory and stock records.
  • Support standardizing and developing a robust and compliant warehouse set-up.
  • Work within SOPs and Service Level Agreements anchoring new standards and handling deviations and change requestsin all warehouse processes.
  • Furthermore you contribute to maintain and strengthen the current training set-up.

  • Experience in aviation will be an advantage.
  • Experience in logistics or warehouse will be an advantage.
  • Forklift license.
