Wolt is a Finnish technology company and were best known for our food delivery platform. We launched in Germany in the autumn of 2019 and have since been conquering the food delivery scene step by step.
About the role
As a result of Wolts rapid growth and expansion and the ambitious plans we have for 2026 we need an Enterprise Account Management Team Lead to support the Enterprise Account Management team in Germany.
Reporting to the Enterprise Country Lead the Enterprise Team Lead leads and empowers a group of Enterprise Account Managers managing strategic partnerships with some of the largest national and international restaurant chains in Germany. The team drives the rollout of new brands grows existing partnerships and works closely with marketing product and operations teams to strengthen our offerings. The role focuses on optimizing partner performance on the platform and driving sustainable revenue growth for our partners.
What youll be doing
- Develop and manage a team of 5 Enterprise (Key) Account Managers.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews with the team and with their KEY accounts to assess progress against goals
- Support Account Managers in the rollout of new products and service opportunities to deepen partnerships and unlock additional revenue streams (e.g. white-label logistics advertising)
- Set ambitious yet achievable targets and OKRs to drive long-term growth and success for Wolt in Germany.
- Lead and support contract renegotiations with key brands alongside Account Managers
- Demonstrate hands-on leadership by building strong relationships negotiating key deals and driving mutual growth with top partners
- Foster a positive inclusive work environment that supports individual development and high performance
- Lead by example in terms of demonstrating Wolt values and behaviors.

- Proven experience in account management with a strong track record of driving results and fostering long-term partnerships
- Multiple years of experience successfully managing and leading teams fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt tone to suit the audience.
- Proficient in analyzing performance metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Passion for food and developing the best restaurants in town.
- Fluent in German and English
