This is an excellent opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to begin their teaching career within a welcoming Performing Arts Department that values creativity collaboration and professional growth. Drama is a popular subject within the school with strong uptake at KS4 and enrichment opportunities including productions and workshops.
The successful ECT will teach Drama across KS3KS4 with structured support to develop confidence classroom practice and curriculum expertise.
Experience and Qualifications
ECT or trainee Drama Teacher completing training in 2025/2026
Passion for theatre performance and creative learning
Ability to teach Drama across KS3KS4
QTS (or pending QTS)
Commitment to reflective practice and professional development
Eligibility to work in the UK
