What You Will Do
Maintain cleanliness sanitation and safety across assigned areas ensuring infection control and universal precautions.
Perform daily tasks including sweeping mopping vacuuming polishing and deep cleaning.
Report and address maintenance needs such as light bulb replacements and equipment malfunctions.
Collaborate with residents and staff to create a warm calm and welcoming environment.
Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and maintain safety standards.
Uphold resident rights including confidentiality personal space and property.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in long-term care or working with geriatric populations preferred.
Exceptional customer service communication and professionalism.
Must possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational decision-making and accountability skills.
Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and support residents needs.
Self-motivated and capable of planning and implementing organizational goals.
