Job Summary

Job Title: Quality Engineer Intern Quality Operations
Location: This position is based in our Campbell California offices on-site & full-time.Imperative Care does not provide relocation or additional housing compensation for the summer internship.

What Youll Do
The individual will assist quality engineers on optimizing manufacturing processes and controls to be used to support production.
  • Work with engineers and technicians to introduce new equipment to optimize quality inspection processes
  • Work with production and engineers on manufacturing process instruction improvements
  • Implement a digitalization tracking tool to optimize trending of NCR metrics and data
  • Support issue resolution for production and assembly including root cause investigation and corrective action tracking.

What Youll Bring
  • Currently have or in the process of obtaining a Bachelors or Masters degree in an engineering field (e.g. Bioengineering Material Engineering Industrial or Mechanical Engineering) & a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong understanding of engineering principals
  • Strong analytical and statistical knowledge
  • Knowledge in data querying and manipulation a plus
  • Strong organizational skills: management of multiple priorities and timing
  • Good interpersonal skills effective communication and partnership with other departments

Salary: $29 hourly for 10-week internship
