Job Scope:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the companys human resources operations and internal organizational structure. This role focuses on building and strengthening HR systems including recruitment KPIs personnel operations and organizational development while ensuring full compliance with Egyptian Labor Law. The HR Manager will act as a strategic partner to leadership to support business growth and operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Experience:minimum 6 years of solid HR experience.
Strong background in KPIs and performance management.
Proven experience in recruitment and talent pipeline building.
Very good knowledge of personnel operations and Egyptian Labor Law.
Strong leadership communication and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
