Job Summary

Description

Primary Functions

Duties and Responsibilities shall include but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordination: Design and coordinate activities tailored to youth interest.
  • Curriculum Development:Designing revising and implementing innovative curricula and instructional materials.
  • Faculty Support:Providing one-on-one coaching mentoring and workshops for students on best practices.
  • Instructional Improvement:Observing classrooms to assess and improve teaching methods often focusing on technology integration or specific subjects (e.g. STEM literacy).
  • Student Assessment:Analyzing student data to identify learning gaps and implementing intervention plans.
  • Data Keeping: Record data analyze data and assess data to enhance program delivery and participant engagement.
  • Document all interactions with students on Salesforce Google Suite and other data systems as required

  • Provide other program support functions as required

  • Maintain flexible hours and work days some overnight trips required

Qualifications

Requisite Education & Experience

  • Minimum B.A/ B.S.W. degree is required with at least two years youth services experience.
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Excellent verbal analytical writing communication organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and multi-task.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of community service/ development.
  • Knowledge and experience in WordPerfect/ Microsoft Word / Google Suite Microsoft Teams Zoom and other applications.

Expected Work Schedule
This is a part-time position working up to 20 hours a week. Work days/hours subject to change based on ESHs needs pending school schedule.

  • Monday Thursday 5:00 p.m. 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday 4:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m.
  • Some evenings weekends and remote work required.
  • Maintain flexible hours and work days some overnight trips required.

Work Environment
Business casual. This job operates in a school office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines.

Supervisory Responsibility
The role has no supervisory responsibilities.

Required Clearance
Department of Education (DOE)

Travel
Minimal travel is expected for this position (on a need basis). Most travel will be conducted for the purpose of chaperoning trips and conducting home visits.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. This role will also require the ability to lift files open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as accommodations that allow a candidate to meet the requirements of the position will be considered.
