Position Overview:
The School of Education announces an opportunity to apply for a full-time tenure-track (Assistant Professor rank) or non-tenure-track (depending on the candidates qualification) faculty position inSpeech-Language Pathology and Audiologyto begin Fall 2026.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate for the tenure-track position will be responsible for effective teaching research service and advising. Specific responsibilities will include:
Primarily teaching courses in Audiology Communication Disorders and Speech and Language Development;
secondarily interest in conducting quality scholarly research that leads to publication in peer-reviewed journals;
contributing service to the college community.

Required:
Applicants for the tenure track position must have an earned Ph.D. Speech-Language Pathology Audiology (or Au.D.) or Speech and Hearing Science.
ABDs will be considered only if the degree will be completed prior to or shortly after the time of employment.
Applicants must have a certificate of clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
The successful candidate for the non-tenure track position will be responsible for effective teaching service and advising. Specific responsibilities will include:
Teachingcourses in Audiology Communication Disorders and Speech and Language Development at introductory levels.
Contributing service to the college community.
Applicants for the non-tenure track position must have an earned Masters degree and must have a certificate of clinical competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. Applicants with teaching experience will be given preference.
