Essential Functions:
Provide outpatient psychotherapy services for children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral health needs.
Deliver parent training programs such as Triple P and PCIT and support families of neurodivergent children.
Conduct developmental evaluations and collaborate on treatment planning for conditions including:
Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
Autism Spectrum Disorder
Learning Disabilities and Developmental Delays
Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
Adjustment Disorders
Anxiety Disorders
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care including medical management of behavioral concerns.
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical and ethical standards.
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Education & Requirements:
Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related human services field from an accredited graduate program.
Full licensure in applicable state required.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy or behavioral health.
Experience with neurodivergent populations and parent training programs strongly preferred.
