Job Summary

As a Shift Leader with GYG youll play a key role on the floor supporting the team and keeping each shift running smoothly while delivering great guest experiences.
Youll be trusted to:
- Lead and support the crew during your shift helping create a positive high-energy team environment.
- Take ownership of shift operations ensuring smooth service strong standards and consistent quality.
- Support the leadership team by driving great results on shift including sales speed safety and customer experience.
- Coach and develop crew members helping them build skills and confidence on the job.

We appreciate diverse experience but specifically we are looking for candidates who have:
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment
- A track record of providing outstanding customer service
- Completed or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor certificate
- Completed or willingness to undertake Responsible Service of Alcohol course
