Duties and Responsibilities
- Evaluate plan and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
- Develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress.
- Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy therapeutic exercise and use of modalities.
- Document patient progress outcomes and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and families on exercises safety and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
- Maintain a clean safe and organized therapy environment.
- Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated effective care.
- Monitor patient responses to therapy and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes.
- Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive supportive team culture.
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).
- Current or anticipated Kansas PT license (or eligibility).
- Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients families and colleagues.
- Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
- Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team.
