Duties and Responsibilities

Evaluate plan and provide high-quality PT services to patients with a variety of conditions.
Develop implement and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical progress.
Perform therapeutic interventions including manual therapy therapeutic exercise and use of modalities.
Document patient progress outcomes and treatment plans accurately and in a timely manner.
Educate patients and families on exercises safety and strategies to support recovery and long-term wellness.
Maintain a clean safe and organized therapy environment.
Collaborate with the therapy team and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated effective care.
Monitor patient responses to therapy and make clinical decisions to optimize outcomes.
Participate in professional development and contribute to a positive supportive team culture.

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program (or anticipated graduation).

Current or anticipated Kansas PT license (or eligibility).
Strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients families and colleagues.
Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
Interest in rural healthcare and working collaboratively with a team.
