Job Summary

Career Land Center LLC is seeking Professional Hairdressers for a high-end luxury beauty salon in Kuwait. This opportunity is open to overseas applicants of all nationalities offering a full employer-provided package and the chance to work in a premium salon environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional hair services including:
- Hair cutting styling and blow-drying
- Hair coloring highlights balayage and treatments
- Hair spa and repair treatments
- Bridal and event hairstyling (preferred)
Consult with clients to understand their style and preferences
Maintain luxury service standards and excellent customer care
Ensure cleanliness hygiene and proper tool sanitation
Stay updated with current hair trends and techniques
Work as part of a professional salon team

Requirements:

Proven experience as a professional hairdresser
Certification or diploma in hairdressing or cosmetology
Strong technical skills in cutting coloring and styling
Knowledge of luxury salon standards
Good communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Well-groomed professional appearance and positive attitude
