Job Summary:

The part-time receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors learners and staff in Griffith College Dublin. Excellent customer service must always be provided. This includes answering calls transferring calls addressing learner questions and needs and providing an overall welcoming environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering advising and transferring all incoming phone calls
• Taking and forwarding messages to staff
• Dealing with face to face enquiries from learners and the general public
• Logging and notifying staff of parcel deliveries
• Administration support in respect of course enquiries registration and enrolment
• Providing a first point of contact in the College for enquiries
• Organising couriers on behalf of staff
• Organising taxis
• Responding to emails accordingly
• Meeting and greeting clients on arrival
• Providing ad-hoc support to staff for example room bookings and timetables
• Assisting staff with franking machine duties
• Ensuring high levels of customer service and professionalism at all times
• And other commensurate duties that fall within the employees capabilities
