Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluationsincluding mental status exams and diagnostic interviews.
- May provide support for behavioral health emergency services
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders using evidence-based practices.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications.
- 2 years experience in an inpatient setting preferred
- Provide support services to the IOP and PHP programs
- EMR: EPIC
- Educate patients about their mental health conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the psychiatrist and other healthcare team members to provide comprehensive care.
- Document patient care in a timely and accurate manner.
