Maintenance Tech CWC

What you will need to succeed:

• Minimum two years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
• Types of experience can include but not to be limited to rebuilding of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment building facilities projects and preventative maintenance work
• Welding machine technologies maintenance certifications etc. can be used towards experience requirement
• High school diploma or GED required

• Housekeeping
• Adhere to IATF16949 work instructions
• Adhere to ISO14001 work instructions and training
• Read and follow all job related work instructions
• Observe & follow all safety procedures and guidelines when performing work to avoid injury to self and other employees
• Ability to read and understand directions
• Assists tradesmen in various repairs and set up of machinery
• Must have basic computer skills for work order entry and completion
• Must be able to obtain a forklift and/or man-lift licenses from CWC safety department
• Provide own tools (personal hand tools)
• Rebuild on pneumatic cylinders and valves
• Rebuild on hydraulic pumps cylinders and valves
• Assist maintaining ACS unit
• Daily inspections of plant and machinery
• Make necessary building repairs to including safety audit findings.
• All other duties as determined by Management
