Basic Functions of the LIVE Stagehand include:

• Assist in the set up and configuration of all systems with regards to Audio Video and Lighting
• Troubleshoot technical issues instantly pinpointing faults and remedies during an event under Audio Video and Lighting
• Support maintain and administer key applications and hardware

Required Compentencis:

• Knowledge of LAcoustics KUDO line array and BSS Omnidrive speaker management
• Audio consoles FOH Monitor consoles (Digital and Analog)
• Routing and interfacing throughout venue
• Knowledge of all Mics types kinds and methods of operation
• Video knowledge of TV One Mixer Panasonic MX-50 mixer
• Projector systems: Front Rear with VGA DVI RGBHV connections
• Video systems and formats BETA DVD DVCAM DV
• Switchers/Scalers/Converters: Data/Video switchers and scalers Matrix
• Knowledge of lighting desk programming of moving light fixtures
• Conventional and intelligent lighting

Specific Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the entire Hard Rock team clients and guests
• Perform daily preshow walkthroughs to ensure the venue is organized clean and safe
• Assures the complete satisfaction of each and every guest

Job Requirements Include:

• Performing duties which require bending & reaching
• Able to lift up to 50-pounds
• Standing or walking on the floor for up to 8 hours
• Maintaining a well-groomed appearance (having a plan)
• Following all uniform guidelines
• Practicing all safety & sanitation standards
• Recycling products where possible

• Remaining calm in a hectic fast-paced atmosphere
• Demonstrating a high level of organization attention-to-detail and a sense-of-urgency
• Displaying a positive and outwardly friendly attitude toward guests and co-workers never allowing personal life or outside influences to dictate attitude
