Job Summary
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze manufacturing processes (steel forming panel fabrication insulation assembly painting/coating packaging)
- Conduct time studies line balancing and capacity analysis
- Develop and maintain standard work instructions and labor standards
- Support lean manufacturing initiatives (5S Kaizen Value Stream Mapping)
- Support new product introductions and engineering changes
- Improve workstation layouts material flow and plant layouts
- Identify root causes of scrap rework and downtime
- Analyze production costs and recommend cost-reduction strategies
- Develop KPIs and manufacturing performance dashboards
- Promote safe work practices and ergonomic improvements
