Position Summary

• With some guidanceand ordirection leads placement and analytics for less complex level funded and self-funded clients (with 100 or more enrolled employees and/or generating more $25k in annualized revenue) or those fully insured clients over $100k.

• Manages RFP preparation carrier quote review client proposaldevelopmentand carrier negotiations.

• Communicates carrier specific strengths andweaknessto clients throughout the renewal process.

• Builds and may deliver messaging around fully insured level-fundedand less complex self-funded financial dashboards.

• Developsfully insured renewal projections and self-funded marketing and feasibility studies with guidance from more senior colleagues

• Models various contribution strategies and articulate pros and cons of different approaches.

• Writes client facing Executives Summaries that include observationsrecommendationsand next steps for seniorcolleagueto review.

• Buildsandmaintainspositivecarrierrelationships.

• Knowledge / user of all WIA EB Analytics models and deliverables including Financial Dashboards RFPs forecasting models and contribution modeling.

• Knowledge of underwriting and analytics value proposition to prospectsclientsand WIA colleagues.

• Performs professional level work that typically requires processing and interpreting more complex less clearly defined issues.

• WordExceland Power data usingadvanceformulas create charts and graphs and use templates and design elements effectively.

• Individualcontributor;may provide general guidance/direction to more junior staff informally.

• Must hold state life and health insurance license

• Bachelors degree preferred but equivalentwork experience would be considered

Physical Demands
Office work involves working at a desk most of the time using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Typing grasping and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day and walking and standing arerequiredoccasionally.
