Synergie Australia is seeking a Project Engineerfor atrusted client located in Laverton North.

The important parts:

Pay:$40$60 per hour Super Duration:12-month contract (potential for extension)
Hours:MondayFriday rotating roster between 8:00am6:00pm 38 hrs per week

What you will be required to do:

This role delivers safe compliant capital projects from concept to completion coordinating design contractors budgets and reliability outcomes.

Lead end-to-end CAPEX project planning design tendering and execution
Coordinate and supervise contractors to meet safety quality cost and schedule targets
Ensure compliance with process safety MOC regulatory and engineering standards
Review and validate designs installations and technical documentation
Monitor budgets schedules and project performance trends
Embed reliability RCM and continuous improvement principles into project delivery

To be successful in the role you will:

Degree-qualified Mechanical or Chemical Engineer with 5 years experience delivering projects in manufacturing or process-driven environments
Strong knowledge of process safety risk management MOC and Australian/Victorian plant regulations
Proven capability in contractor site safety and construction management including tendering and procurement
Solid technical grounding in plant design heat and mass transfer reliability engineering RCA and FMEA
Proficient in project management tools and documentation with strong written and verbal communication skills
