Job Summary
Tidewell Hospice a part of Empath Health is seeking a caring and motivated CNA to work with us in patients in private homes long-term care facilities or assisted-living facilities.

What youll Do
- Overall care of the patient from basic personal care like taking vital signs and bathing to household tasks that assist the primary caregiver.
- Educating the patient and primary caregiver about personal care patient positioning and daily living.

What Youll Need
- Applicants must have Florida State Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant including a minimum of 75 education hours of theory and clinical in preparation for a CNA license
- Current CPR certification
- One year of recent experience in hospice home health or acute-care setting is preferred.
- CHPNA certification is strongly encouraged within three years of hiring
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
