Job Summary

An e-commerce focused company is seeking an Account Specialist to manage and support online marketplace operations with a strong focus on account health listings inventory and case management.

Responsibilities Include:

Monitor account health dashboards daily and resolve policy violations IP claims and performance alerts
Open manage and document support cases to resolve technical or listing issues
Monitor and resolve stranded inventory to ensure product availability
Create and update product listings including management of UPCs and SKUs
Perform accurate data entry and quality control
Maintain organized documentation of actions and resolutions

Ideal Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with data systems and dashboards
Organized and process-oriented
Good problem-solving and follow-through skills
Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Experience with e-commerce or online marketplaces is a plus

Salary: $25 - $30/Hour
