The Data / Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting data enrichment reporting and analysis initiatives across the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills advanced Excel capabilities and SQL querying experience to extract validate and interpret data. The analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand underlying business processes and translate data into accurate actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform data enrichment activities to improve data quality consistency and usability
Develop maintain and deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from multiple sources
Analyze datasets to identify trends anomalies and process improvement opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and underlying business processes
Ensure data accuracy integrity and proper documentation
Support continuous improvement of reporting and analytics processes

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas pivot tables and data analysis functions)
Strong SQL querying skills
Ability to analyze complex datasets and understand underlying processes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate data findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with data enrichment or data quality initiatives
Experience supporting business reporting or analytics functions
Familiarity with databases data warehouses or reporting tools
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Primarily office-based or remote work environment
Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer

The base hourly range for this contract position is $35-$60 per hour depending on experience.Our pay ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
