Your Role at Cyti:

Deliver in-person therapy for individuals children (ages 5) couples and families.
Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative effective treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.
Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.

What Youll Bring:

Active California license: LMFT LCSW LPCC or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)
Masters or Doctoral degree in a related field
Experience working with children is required
Strong clinical judgment communication and empathy
Willingness to work fully in-office at our Oakland location Monday to Friday.

Compensation & Benefits:

Annual Salary: $100000 $120000 (based on experience)
