Finnegan a global leader in intellectual property law has created a new Senior Manager Client Operations role to elevate how the firm manages complex high-value client relationships.

This is a high-visibility front-line role forsomeone who enjoys operating at the intersection partners legal teams and firm operations - bringing structure insight and momentum to sophisticated client work. TheSenior Manager will work closely with senior attorneys to ensure key client portfolios are well-planned well-executed and consistently delivered - strengthening trust predictability and long-term relationships.

The role in action:

Oversee the operational health of key client portfolios from planning through execution
Act as the connective tissue across partners legal teams and business services
Elevate partner-level communication with clear decision-ready insights
Strengthen financial visibility budgeting discipline and compliance
Design scalable workflows that improve consistency and reduce friction

We are seeking candidateswho:

Possess 7-10 years in legal operations professional services or consulting
Excel at complex project management
Exude credibility with senior attorneys and client-side leaders
Are organized calm and comfortable navigating complexity
