Job Summary

Managingprojects ofvarious sizesensuringclear andaccuratebudgets areproduced.Skilled at developingeffectivebusinessrelationships collaborating withbothclients and internal departments to ensure the contract is completedwithin its projected budget.Know and understand customer needs and consider customer impact during all stages of your work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding and adherence to MSFs commercial strategy.
  • Manage projects of varying sizes
  • Ensure clear andaccuratebudgets aresetat tender award and then monthly per project via Elite
  • Procurement of works to meet and exceed programme and ideally tender budgets.
  • Preparation of sub-contract documents
  • Management of client and subcontractor accounts
  • Weekly review and analysis of programmeprogressand cost monitoring.
  • Change control management.
  • Risk & opportunity management.
  • Financial monitoringreportingand liaising with the project team.
  • Development and Agreement of Project Forecasts with Operational teams
  • Detailed commercial analysis of various outputs.
  • Commercial support on tenders.
  • Submission of monthly application for payment
  • Consider and value the diverse needs of customers at all stages of your work processes.
  • Following MSF approved work procedures

  • A methodical thinker
  • Skilledat prioritising effectively and able to deal with multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • Afluentcommunicator and able to buildlegacyrelationships with people at all levels
  • Detailorientatedidentifyingand resolving opportunities forimprovement
  • Excellent atmanaging your time efficiently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Degreequalifiedin quantity surveyingor commercial management accredited
  • Aconfident collaborator
