Position Overview
Under the direction of the Director of Warehouse Operations the Warehouse Parts Associate II someone who will take pride in ensuring accurate inventory of parts at the warehouse. Duties to include shipping and receiving parts and effectively communicating to leaders throughout segments of the business in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving:
Pick finished goods according to sales orders
Label and scan each shipment and check all items for accuracy
Prepare sturdy balanced pallet loads for damage free shipping
Notify supervisor when discrepancies occur
On received goods scans and counts all items unloaded from trucks or trailers
Receiving
Unloading trucks
Scan and inventory product
Put away product
Shipping
Pick
Package
Creating FedEx Labels
Loading pallets
Inventory
Weekly / Bi-weekly Inventory Counts
Researching and resolving Inventory discrepancies.
Upkeeping bin needs and creation
Quality Control:
Researching current inventory for quality issues when CTS has an issue.
Able to read drawings
Able to accurately measure and verify parts meat drawings
Safety:
Follow all safety policies
Maintain Work Practices:
Maintain work environment to 5S standards
Punctual: begins work on time and returns from lunch and breaks on time
All paperwork and database entries filled out completely and accurately
Promote a positive team atmosphere with co-workers

Education:
High school/Equivalent
Experience:
Shipping and receiving experience preferred
Other Requirements:
Basic computer skills required
Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly 50 lbs occasionally and 70 lbs as a team lift or with material handling equipment
