Technician Apprentice

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician
• No weekends late nights or evenings (overtime is available)

• Use of company car to drive to work sites as well as parking gas and tool stipends

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction manufacturing painting or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify compare and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
• Good driving record

• Within 24 hours: A live team member will reach out to all applicants
• Within 48 hours: Well schedule an in-person interview
• Within 7 days: Participate in a technical selection call conducted via video to walk candidate thru example repair process and confirm skill level
• Looking to fill the position to start on March 2

• Display world-class customer service for tenants and property management staff
• Track work progress and daily notes in our dispatch tool including before and after pictures
• Understand and utilize our unique 5-step repair process
• While onsite walk the unit to look for potential repair jobs and capture add-on bonus
• Work closely with the owner and sales team to deliver high-quality repairs
• Employ each tool in your custom tool-kit
• Communicate with the support team with questions
• Problem-solve repairs with creativity
• Driving to work sites throughout the northern neighborhoods of Chicago (e.g. River North Wicker Park/Bucktown Lincoln Park Logan Square etc).
