Job Summary
Winsert is seeking qualified candidates for a General Labor position at our South Bend IN facility!
2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Pay: $15 per hour
General Summary:
This position is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the facility performing various tasks to assist in the daily operation of the facility.
Essential Job Functions:
- General cleaning such as sweeping mopping vacuuming dusting cleaning restrooms.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials.
- Minor repairs as needed.
- Painting and organizing projects.
- Outdoor maintenance such as snow shoveling as needed.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must get along well with others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills.
Physical Demands:
- Requires prolonged sitting standing bending stooping and stretching.
- Requires the ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Requires eye-hand coordination manual dexterity and a normal range of hearing and vision (with or without correction).
- Occasional outdoor work.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
