How Youll Make an Impact

• Write maintain and analyze process recipes across digital platforms.

• Conduct testing gather data and prepare clear reports and graphics.

• Support engineering teams on complex projects and development tasks.

• Write technical specifications for equipment procurement.

• Operate engineering and design software to perform technical tasks.

• Assist with capital project planning for new equipment or major repairs.

• Integrate electrical systems with renewable energy solutions.

• Lead or participate in LEANfocused Kaizen and process improvement events.

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.

• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.

• Familiarity with testing standards calculations and technical documentation.

• Ability to use engineering software including SAP and Microsoft Office.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Interest in continuous improvement process optimization and innovation.
