About This Role

Forrester is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our Benelux regional sales team and help expand our market presence. We are looking for a native Dutch speaker who is passionate about building relationships and delivering value to clients.

In this role you will focus on new business development in the telco and media sector leveraging a consultative sales approach and creative prospecting strategies to engage with top executives and their teams. By understanding their challenges and goals you will demonstrate how Forrester can help them succeed and demonstrating how Forrester can support their mission. To succeed youll rely on your ability to build trust foster relationships and communicate effectively.

You will play a pivotal role in driving market growth while embodying Forresters core values of client courage collaboration integrity and quality. Joining a collaborative team environment youll have the opportunity to grow professionally and financially while contributing to shared success.

Job Description:

  • Prospect and close appropriate new business prospects from a list based on a specific geography or vertical industry.
  • Sell primarily to senior management (director C-level) at prospect accounts.
  • Maintain the minimum weekly/daily metrics and ensure quota is met.
  • Produce accurate and timely forecasts.
  • Develop a complete understanding of all our product offerings.
  • Understand the changing business and technology issues that our potential clients face.
  • Work with vertical and horizontal research teams to better understand the Forrester value proposition for our prospects.

  • Develops positive working relationships with senior team members in the department.

Thought leadership knowledge and expertise:

  • Full understanding of domain and growing understanding of company and market.
  • Uses field and company knowledge to address a range of issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in business development and account management with expertise in complex solution sales.
  • Experience developing personalized sales strategies for new business acquisition and account growth particularly within telco and media sectors.
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in customer experience marketing and business technology.
  • A team player with a growth mindset committed to collaboration and collective success.
