Job Summary
Teachers Aide
The Teachers Aide plays an important role in supporting the Lead Teacher in creating a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children.
This role includes:
Assisting with classroom activities and daily routines
Supervising and engaging with children to support their growth and learning
Preparing and organizing classroom materials
Helping maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment
The Teachers Aide is a valued member of the teaching team and contributes to the overall success of the classroom by fostering positive relationships with children families and staff.
