What Youll Do:

Manage complex civil litigation matters from inception through resolution
Conduct depositions and appear regularly in court
Draft legal documents and conduct strategic legal research
Work directly with a broad client base across industries like construction law accounting and insurance
Participate in mediation and arbitration with hands-on guidance from seasoned litigators

Qualifications:

2 years of civil litigation experience in California
Active California Bar license in good standing
Proven experience with depositions and court appearances
Strong research writing and analytical abilities
Comfortable managing a caseload with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation range: $120000 to $180000 DOE
