Job Summary
Do you have 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities Do you have a bachelors degree in a Human Services field such as Education Psychology or Social Work Saratoga Bridges is looking for an organized and energetic Q.I.D.P. to work with people in our homes in Saratoga County. If you are familiar with these abbreviations and meet the job requirements then this position may be for you.
In this role the Program Coordinator PC works with each individual to develop a life plan. Using Person Centered philosophy valued outcomes are set. This drives the supports each person will receive. The PC will then train employees on these valued outcomes and observe staff and review documentation. This job requires attention to detail excellent communication skills and time management.

Must Have
- Bachelors degree in Human Services such as Education Special Education Psychology or a related field. This is required for the QIDP status.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with people who have a developmental disability
- OPWDD experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to transport yourself between residential houses
