In this role you together with the EVP Strategy & CEO Office derive the Board priorities align Board agendas and derive timelines to address topics from initial phase to conclusion including the Supervisory Board discussions where applicable and contribute to strategic projects. The position is based at the KION Group Headquarters in Frankfurt am Main Germany.

Tasks and Qualifications:
As Senior Manager Strategy & CEO Office you will play a pivotal role in leading and enabling the KION CEO Council. The KION CEO Council will assist the KION Executive Board and management leaders in driving a KION-wide Strategic Governance process including meetings structure content and cadence.
Your tasks
Host the monthly KION CEO Council:
- Collect content input from different functions (Controlling IR Communications Legal Strategy) on your own responsibility and align different perspectives to a common view
- Derive monthly state-of-the-union report to run KION CEO Council
- Steer outwards communication from the CEO Council to the Executive Board as well as internal and external stakeholders
Be the Project Management Leader for the CEO Council and the executive council that brings the top leaders in the company on a strategic cadence and manages the operating cadence (along with other corporate leaders) around the year including monthly and quarterly business reviews and annual summits
Proactively steer the strategy into execution through a policy deployment model
Prepare the KION Executive Board Sessions:
- Review documents to be submitted to the Board prior to release across all departments
- Pre-align the content discussed by the board with the respective topic experts expecially with a focus on quality assurance and target group-oriented communication and ensure the right topics are discussed at the right time - alongside the EVP Strategy & CEO Office
- Drive coordination of the sessions working hand in hand with the KION Corporate Office
Contribute to strategic initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
A completed university degree
Minimum of 5 years of professional progressive experience in the development alignment and implementation of strategic initiatives a consulting background is preferred
Unterstanding of the KION business industry and knowledge of the organization
Adept in managing organizing and driving large-scale strategic management activities across different areas of expertise
Ability to build consensus across a wide variety of stakeholdersStrengths in project management as well as data analysis
Demonstrated presentation skills ability to build presentations effectively
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop recommendations
Team work & own initiative
Fluency in English and German is required
