Your mission

At Banxware were building the future of finance - and our people are at the heart of it. Were looking for a motivatedHR / People & Culture Intern to join our team and help us make our workplace even better. Youll get hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum from recruiting and onboarding to performance reviews and employee administration all while learning the ropes in a fast-growing dynamic start-up.

Help us find and attract great talent - from posting roles and screening CVs to coordinating interviews.
Keep our people processes running smoothly: support onboarding offboarding and contract administrationand make sure Personio is up to date.
Support with performance review cycles - preparing materials tracking deadlines and collecting feedback.
Dive into HR projects and ad hoc tasks making a real impact on our People & Culture team.

Your profile

You have recently completed your studies ideally in Human Resources Communications or a related field.
Youre genuinely interested in HR and administrative processes and eager to gain hands-on experience.
Previous experience in HR or administration is a plus as is familiarity with HR tools like Personio and Leapsome.
You have excellent communication and organizational skills and enjoy keeping things running smoothly.
Youre detail-oriented proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
Youre fluent in both German and English this is a must.
